birds
i went for an early morning walk while we were in brisbane over the holidays. my hubby and kids were still fast asleep when i crept out of bed at five in the morning for a short stroll...in the hope of catching sight of "early morning glory" and capturing the moment. it is indeed true that the early bird catches the worm. in that case, i am more resolved to be an early bird this new year...and put tardiness behind. had i woken up late, i would have missed these glorious moments.

so, you've been "bird hunting"! i love the vibrant colours i see here and the last photo that shows those graceful looking birds!
"early bird"...ha ha ha never me! pagkatapulan naman lang nako in day light! i could be an owl though (bird gyapon)!
oh, those birds are darling! i can't wait for summer -- or spring -- so i can go out and take tons of pictures.
what a nice resolution. good for you --- you just didn't leave the kids home alone?... hehehe... i wish me and hub can still do that here, it's so hard to have no one at home to help you out with the kids.
i love the top pic, nice blurring of the background. very refreshing and calming photos.
Hi Keth! I found your link from my cousin Jopie's blog site. I love your photos and your blog and if you don't mind, I'd like to link you to my blog as well. I am new to blogging and I try to get inspiration from other photo enthusiasts and bloggers like you.
CHARM, i wasn't really bird hunting. i just came upon them, and boy, i'm glad! sus, klasmeyt jud ta aning pagka late. we go back a long time, haha. ambot, huna-huna ra nakoy gadako, hehe.
JOPS, i can't wait to see your pics...spring, summer...pls hurry...but even in winter, you take amazing shots.
SYNDEE, it remains a resolution until i finally do something about it, haha. anyway, i didn't leave my kids home alone...kuyaw na, basin ma-priso ko, haha. i left them with dad and we were actually at my sister's place (some 150kms away from our place). mao jud, it's hard here because we have no one to leave our kids behind, that's why i work part-time. and thanks, i love the top pic too.
LIZA, hi. i don't mind at all, and if you don't mind, i'll do the same- link your blog to mine. i've actually visited your site when jopie introduced you in her blog, and i was in awe of your shots, but i didn't leave a comment because i was too shy. i am new to photo blogging as well. we can all learn from each other then.
